Based on latest statistics, the count of centenarians in the UK has increased twofold from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.

Between 2004 and 2024, the number of male individuals reaching 100 has increased threefold from 910 to 3,100. During the same timeframe, the count of female centenarians increased by nearly 100% from 7,400 to 13,600.
